Do you know Colonel Sanders?  Colonel Harland David Sanders was an American Bussinessman, best know for founding Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). Sanders held a number of jobs in his early life, such as fireman, insurance salesman and run filling stations. He began selling fried chicken from his roadside restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky.

Sanders was born on 9th September 1890 in a four-room house, 3 miles (5 km) from East of Henryvile. His father was a his leg after a fall., Then, Sanders worked as a btcher n Henryville  for  two years. When he was 10, he began to work as a farmhand for local farmerS Charlie Norris and Henry Monk. After that, he took a job painting horse carriages in Indianapolis. When he was 14, he movwd to Southern Indiana to work as a farmland for Sam Wilson for two years.

Sanders falsfied his date of birth and enlisted in United States Army in November 1906, completing his service commitment as a teamster in Cuba. After two months, Sanders moved to Jasper, Alabama where he got a job to clean out the ash pans of trains from The Northern Alabama Railroad (a division of The Southern Railroad when they had finished their run. In 1930, The Shell Oil Company offered Sanders a service station in Corbin, Kentucky rent free, whreby he paid them a percentage of sales.

Then, he searches for a restaurant which wants to buy his recipe. He searches for one thousand and nine until he found one restaurant which wants to buy his recipe.

Then, he made the Fisrt KFC Franchise and KFC be a worldwide-reputation restaurant.

Why I choose him as my inspiring person? First, he is a hard-worker man. He was turned down one thousand and nine times before his chicken recipe was accepted one! How many of us will keep knocking on doors when we have received 1000 rejections? I presume not many! This is why there aren’t many successess like Colonel Sanders. Second, It's never too late for a persistent struggle. It's never too late to decide to never give up. Keep on knocking. Keep asking. Keep looking.
